Superb German Engineering. I was looking for something LFGB certified and this is perfect. The suction base is incredibly strong on my marble countertop. It makes grating hard Parmesan for my pasta so much faster than a handheld grater!

Safety First. I used to cut my fingers on traditional graters. With this design, your hands never go near the blades. The 5 different blades are very sharp and switch out easily. Great for making Dutch carrot salad!

Space-saving & Efficient. All the blades fit into the small storage box provided. My kitchen in Barcelona is tiny, so I value tools that don't take up much space. Only 4 stars because the handle took a second to click in at first, but now it works perfectly.
